Bike Rider

Overview

Mecanum supplies OEM and trusted aftermarket parts for American vehicles from KAW Warehouse 1, Nadd Al Hamar Road, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai. The Bike Rider is the last step of every same-day order: collecting packed parts from the counter, delivering them to workshops and customers across Dubai, and returning proof of delivery. Working hours follow the warehouse schedule: Saturday to Thursday 08:30-19:30, Friday 08:30-12:00 and 15:00-19:30.

Responsibilities

• —Collect packed and verified orders from the Ras Al Khor counter and confirm the delivery address and contact before leaving.
• —Deliver parts across Dubai on the planned route, prioritising same-day orders confirmed before midday.
• —Hand over orders to the named recipient and record proof of delivery (name, time, and photo where required).
• —Collect cash or confirm prepaid status exactly as instructed by the parts desk, and reconcile at the end of each shift.
• —Return undelivered or refused items to the warehouse the same day with the reason noted.
• —Keep the delivery box clean and secure so parts arrive undamaged.
• —Perform the daily motorcycle condition check (tyres, lights, brakes) and report any fault before starting the route.

Qualifications

• —Valid UAE motorcycle driving licence.
• —Knowledge of Dubai roads, industrial areas, and residential districts.
• —Ability to use smartphone navigation and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Google Maps).
• —Basic spoken English for customer handover; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi an advantage.
• —Physically able to handle parts packages within motorcycle delivery-box limits.
• —Punctual and reliable across the full warehouse schedule.

Preferred Skills

• —Previous delivery experience in the UAE (parts, food, courier, or e-commerce).
• —Familiarity with Ras Al Khor, Nadd Al Hamar, and Al Quoz routing.
• —Basic understanding of auto-parts handling (fragile items, fluids kept upright).
