The Cadillac models we stock deepest are Escalade (2007–2024), CTS (2008–2019), XT5 (2016+) and XT6 (2020+). Part families in regular stock include brake pads and rotors, front and rear suspension arms and bushings, engine and cabin air filters, oil filters, spark plugs, ignition coils, engine mounts, and power steering components. The Escalade shares its GMT platform with the Tahoe and Suburban, so the depth of those platforms carries over to Cadillac-spec parts.

The CTS is the Cadillac most frequently brought in for suspension and brake work in the UAE. We hold front upper control arms, sway bar end links, and caliper hardware across the 3rd-generation platform (2014–2019). Cadillac parts run on two General Motors OEM brands, both stocked at Ras Al Khor. ACDelco is the service-parts arm with three tiers: Original Equipment (OE), Gold (Professional), and Silver (Advantage). GM Genuine Parts is the factory-OE line: one specification, no variants, identical to what the assembly plant ships. The two brands are independent. We carry both.

For Escalade and CTS service, ACDelco Gold is the standard choice for brakes, filters, and suspension replacement. ACDelco OE suits vehicles still inside a manufacturer service contract or where exact OEM part numbers are required for documentation. GM Genuine covers those same requirements under the single-tier factory spec. For XT5 and XT6, both lines are stocked. Tell us your application and we recommend the appropriate brand. Where an aftermarket alternative makes sense for your Cadillac, we will say so directly. We do not default to aftermarket for GM-platform brakes or suspension without a reason. Cadillac models sold through UAE dealerships often differ from US-spec builds in brake rotor sizing, suspension geometry, and cooling system calibration. The Escalade (2015–2020) has known subframe variations between the standard-wheelbase and ESV long-wheelbase builds. On the CTS (2014–2019), engine accessory drive and oil cooling specifications vary by production date within the same model year. A VIN resolves these in one step.

Cadillac parts are held at KAW Warehouse 1, Nadd Al Hamar Road, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai. We are open Saturday through Thursday, 08:00 to 18:00. Shelf orders placed before midday are dispatched same-day within Dubai.

UAE-wide next-day delivery covers Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates. For remote locations, confirm on WhatsApp before ordering. ACDelco and GM Genuine parts carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. Claims require proof of fault: a workshop report or a documented failure description. Bring the failed part and your purchase receipt to our Ras Al Khor counter for assessment. Aftermarket parts sold by Mecanum carry warranty on the same terms.

Electrical components (sensors, control modules, ignition parts) are not returnable once installed, regardless of brand or tier. Before fitting a part you are unsure of, WhatsApp us the part number and your fault description. We cross-check the specification against your VIN before you commit.
