REQUEST A PART
Tell us the part.
We confirm fitment,
stock and delivery.
One form for garages, workshops, fleets and owners of American cars. Send the VIN, a part number or a photo of the old part. A parts specialist replies by WhatsApp or email during working hours, Saturday to Thursday.
PART REQUEST
Check a part with us.
Six details is all it takes. Everything else is optional and only speeds up the reply.
GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME
What to send with your request
The single most useful thing you can give us is the VIN, the 17-character chassis number stamped on the plate and printed on the registration card. It resolves the exact trim, engine and build date, which is what decides between two parts that look identical in a catalogue.
If you already have a part number, from a previous invoice, a dealer quote or the old part itself, send it as written and we will tell you what it matches. If you have neither, a photo of the part still in place is usually enough for our team to identify it.
Where a VIN is not to hand, the make, model and year plus the engine size narrow it far enough for us to come back with the two or three options that fit and the difference between them.
| Detail | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| VIN / chassis number | Resolves trim, engine and build date. Decides between parts that look identical. |
| Part number | Matched against OEM catalogues and cross-referenced to alternatives. |
| Photo of the old part | Enough to identify most parts when no number is available. |
| Make, model and year | Narrows the fitment when no VIN is to hand. |
| Quantity and urgency | Tells us whether to quote from Dubai stock or place an order. |
AFTER YOU SEND IT
What happens after you send it
Your request lands with a parts specialist, not an auto-reply queue. We check fitment against the details you gave us, confirm whether the part is on the shelf at our Ras Al Khor warehouse or has to be ordered, and reply on WhatsApp or by email, whichever you asked for.
You get the OEM reference we matched, the alternatives where a genuine part and a trusted aftermarket equivalent both fit, and a delivery commitment. Same-day dispatch across Dubai and next-day across the seven emirates for parts held in stock.
If the part is not something we hold, we say so plainly rather than leaving the request open. Nothing is quoted before fitment is confirmed, because the expensive mistake in this business is the right-looking part that does not fit.
COVERAGE
Parts and makes we source
Brakes, suspension and steering, engine and cooling, filters and service items, drivetrain, electrical and air conditioning, for Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Dodge, Jeep, Cadillac, Chrysler and RAM.
On the shelf in Dubai: ACDelco, GM Genuine Parts, Motorcraft and Mopar, alongside trusted aftermarket lines where the aftermarket part is the sensible choice. If a genuine part and an equivalent both fit, you get both options and the reason to pick one.
Requests outside these makes still reach a human. We will tell you whether we can source it rather than send you in a circle.
SECOND OPINION
Already holding a quote or a part number
If a garage or service centre has already told you what your car needs, send us that description or the number from the quote. We confirm what the number matches, whether the same part is on our shelf, and what a genuine part versus a trusted equivalent means for the job.
Workshops do this routinely before ordering. There is nothing awkward about checking a part number against a second supplier, and it is the fastest way to find out whether a part is being sourced or simply marked up.
TRADE
For garages, workshops and fleets
A workshop has two real costs: the wrong part and the wait. Send a VIN with the request and fitment is confirmed before anything ships, so the bay is not held open by a return.
Repeat volume, multiple vehicles or a fleet list belong on a trade account. Use the same form, pick Garage or Workshop as the customer type, and the request routes to the trade desk.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need the VIN to request a part?
- No. The VIN is the fastest route to an exact match, but make, model, year and a photo of the part are enough to start. We will ask for the VIN only where two parts fit the same model and the chassis number is the only way to tell them apart.
- I only have a photo of the old part. Is that enough?
- Usually yes. Attach the photo to the form, or send it on WhatsApp after you submit. A photo of the part still fitted to the car, with any casting marks or labels visible, identifies most parts without a number.
- How quickly do you reply?
- Within working hours, Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 to 18:00. Requests sent on Friday or overnight are answered the next working morning. Urgent requests are worth flagging in the form, since a same-day dispatch cut-off in Dubai is earlier than most customers expect.
- Do you deliver outside Dubai?
- Yes. Same-day dispatch across Dubai and next-day across all seven emirates for parts held in stock at our Ras Al Khor warehouse. Parts that have to be ordered get an honest lead time in the reply, not an estimate that slips.
- Are the parts genuine or aftermarket?
- Both, and the reply says which. We stock ACDelco, GM Genuine Parts, Motorcraft and Mopar, plus trusted aftermarket lines. Where a genuine part and an equivalent both fit, you get the two options and the reason to choose one over the other.
- Can you check a part number from another supplier's quote?
- Yes. Send the number as written and we will tell you what it matches, whether it fits your VIN, and whether we hold it. Cross-referencing a number is routine work, and workshops do it before every larger order.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. A single filter is a valid request and so is a fleet list. Garages, workshops and fleets with repeat volume should pick Garage or Workshop in the form so the request routes to the trade desk.
